“PHISHING” ALERT

"Phishing" emails have been sent in the name of mobilemax.pt to gain access to your account and password.

"Phishing" emails have been sent in an attempt to obtain our customers' passwords and gain improper access to their accounts. We warn you never to respond to these emails or click on the links. The links are not maintained by mobilemax.pt and if you enter your password, third parties will gain unauthorized access to your account.

To make it easier to identify these emails, here is a brief explanation of how to identify phishing emails:

Always pay attention to the sender of the email, as you can see in the image below, the origin domain is not the same as the mobilemax.pt website. mobilemax.pt only uses emails registered to the mobilemax.pt domain. for example: info@mobilemax.pt
It is not necessary to register at mobilemax.pt to be able to make purchases, so if you have not registered at mobilemax.pt you will not receive emails about expired passwords or the need to change a password.
If you have lost your password, you can always recover it using the form available at mobilemax.pt for this purpose.
If you happen to click on one of these links sent in phishing emails, pay attention to the website you were taken to, if it is not mobilemax.pt, leave the website immediately and report the domain either to customer support or to the regulatory authority.

At mobilemax.pt we work to keep your purchases and personal data secure.
